David K. Hodgson, MD

Dr. Hodgson is a board-certified family practice physician. He began practice in Washington in July, 1974 after graduation from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Hodgson attended Hutchinson High School, and graduated from KU with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry in 1971. He completed a three-year residency at Texas Tech School of Medicine in Amarillo, Texas in 1979 and has practiced medicine in Washington full-time since then. Dr. Hodgson is a member of AAFP, is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and is a member of the American Society of Abdominal Surgeons.

Kellen E. Sherlock, MD

Dr. Sherlock joined Washington County Hospital in August, 2015. He attended Washington High School, then graduated from Kansas State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Dr. Sherlock received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2012. He completed his family practice residency at the Lincoln Family Medicine Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. Dr. Sherlock is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice.

Andrea Blumer APRN-C

Andrea joined Washington County Hospital in March, 2016. She attended Hanover High School, then graduated from Washburn University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. She practiced as a Registered Nurse for six years at Mercy Regional Hospital and Washington County Hospital before receiving her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Fort Hays State University in 2015. Andrea is Board Certified in Family Medicine with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified as a Medical Examiner for FMSCA.
